How CapTradeAI Works

🚀 Getting Started in 7 Steps

1. Create an account: If you're new here, sign up for free to start your journey.
2. Log in: Use your credentials to access your personalized dashboard.
3. Choose your exchange and create an API key: CapTradeAI supports both Binance and Crypto.com. Set up API access on whichever you prefer:
   • Binance: Log in to Binance API Management, click "Create API", name it CapTradeAI, disable Default Security Controls, and enable Spot & Margin Trading.
   • Crypto.com: Log in to Crypto.com API Management, create a new API key, and enable Spot Trading permissions.
   🔒 API keys never need withdrawal permissions. Your funds are always secure.
4. Connect your exchange with CapTradeAI: Head to your Profile, select your exchange (Binance or Crypto.com), and securely paste your API Key and Secret. We encrypt these on storage.
5. Customize your setup (optional): All strategies run together by default — you don't need to pick one. What you can tune in your Profile:
   • Which cryptocurrencies to trade (trading pairs)
   • Take-profit and stop-loss thresholds
   • Position size and max allocation per asset
   • Strategy voting weights (or let AI tune them automatically)
6. Let the AI trade for you: Every 5 minutes, our AI evaluates your portfolio and the market, placing trades on your behalf using your selected trading pairs.
7. Track your performance: Access your Dashboard to view real-time performance metrics, daily P&L, and trade history.

Every 5 minutes, it evaluates market data and portfolio conditions, then uses a multi-strategy voting system to decide what to do. Each strategy casts a weighted vote (BUY / SELL / HOLD) and the system only acts when enough votes align.

• 📈 Moving Average (MA): Uses MA20, MA50, MA100, and MA200 crossovers with weighted scoring to identify trends and momentum shifts.
• 💡 RSI: Combines a stable RSI14 and a reactive RSI7 to detect overbought/oversold conditions with signal confirmation.
• ⏳ DCA: Dollar-Cost Averaging adjusts rebalancing frequency and thresholds based on current market regime (bull / bear / sideways).
• 📊 Bollinger Bands: Buys on lower-band bounces and sells on upper-band breaks, using volatility expansion as confirmation.
• 🌍 Macro Sentiment: Evaluates global macro factors — Fed policy, gold prices, BTC dominance — to apply a regime-level risk filter before placing any trade.

Pro strategies

• 🧠 AI Model: A machine learning model trained on 50+ technical features, past trades, and market indicators. Produces confidence-weighted predictions and adapts its thresholds by regime.
• 📣 Micro Sentiment: Analyses social media, news, and community signals in real time to detect short-term sentiment shifts before they show up in price.
• 📦 Volume Analysis: Uses On-Balance Volume (OBV), relative volume, and breakout signals to confirm whether price moves have conviction behind them.

Market Regime Detection

Before every trade, CapTradeAI classifies the current market as Bull, Bear, or Sideways. This regime dynamically adjusts stop-loss distances, position sizes, and strategy thresholds — so the agent behaves more aggressively in uptrends and more conservatively in downtrends, automatically.

You can adjust the weight each strategy carries, or let the agent tune weights automatically through continuous AI learning based on past performance.
